Wordpress Adsense System

It’s been over a week since my first post to my new SEO Progress Journal blog. I intend to post more regularly, daily if possible, but unfortunately my young boy has been in hospital in the last week having his tonsils removed, so my time has been at a premium.
Before he went in for the op, I bought “another” ebook called the “Wordpress Adsense System”.
I really can’t believe I’ve spent 5 months trying to earn money online without a blog! I guess I never really understood blogging and pinging, or how to go about setting a blog up, so I avoided it.
But thanks to Michael Cheney’s Traffic Videos, not only have I set one up, I’ve optimised it for search engines, and discovered how to install plugins. (Cheney’s Traffic videos are highly recommended if you want to get into Web 2.0 techniques). Anyway back to Wordpress…
Having discovered Wordpress I’m hooked and fascinated by the power of blogging. I just want to blog, and I want to learn as much as possible about the blog and ping process. That’s why I bought the “Wordpress Adsense System”.
Gobala Krishnan has produced 165 pages of information rich content about blogging for profits, and not just adsense profits as the title suggests. You know its quality content when you read all 165 pages without putting it down (it helped pass away the hours on the ward!).
The Wordpress Adsense System covers in detail:
- installing the plugins that matter, the ones that will help you monetarise your site
- configuring your blog for top search engine rankings
- tagging for traffic
- social bookmarking for traffic
- submitting your rss feeds to feed directories
Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be developing this blog with all the techniques offered in the book, so keep coming back to see the progress, I’ll endeavour to detail each change I make as I go along, and I’ll let you know just how much traffic the blog is generating.

And finally, the operation went well and my 4 year old no longer has the biggest tonsils in the world. The kids are the main reason I’m pursuing this $500 dollar per day challenge, I want the opportunity to spend lots more time with them as they grow up … (the Ferrari will just be a bonus !)
