Callen’s choice of support staff is crap, and won’t be buying any more of his products. This is the second time I have had a negative and Keyword Elite is actually being mis-sold, because the sale page doesn’t say the product is worthless unless you use Adwords. However, they refuse me a refund on that basis. They won’t even tell me what could be wrong with my copy, or why all downloads of it have been the same. I high price to pay for useless software.

This is the second time I have had an impolite response from this so-caleld suppoprt desk - the other related to an SEO Elite problem. No more Callen products for me, because if I have a problem or enquiry I can’t get an answer - just abuse.

I only have this attitude because of the attitude of Bryxen Support Staff - Brad Callen and Support is an oxymoron!

Fortunately I’ve not had to use his support staff as I’ve had no problems with his software packages. Have you asked for help on the Keyword Elite forum? Try the forum if you havent already and if that doesn’t provide you with the answer you need, I’ll email Brad directly for you with your concerns … whenever I’ve emailed him personally in the past, he has been responsive and helpful …

Where I would beg to differ is in your comment about KE being useless other than for Adwords … that is way off the mark … I hardly use it for Adwords at all … where I get tons of value from the software is with Project 2 … it is awesome for analysing potential niche or keyword profitability … I use the tool to research every niche I enter, and choose all my page titles and niche blog post titles based on the keyword competitiveness data it returns … KE is far from just an Adwords tool!
