One of the things that has become apparent to me in the last few months is that it’s unlikely that I’m going to realise my dream of owning an Aston Martin by my fortieth birthday, unless I change what the way I’m working!

Ok, I’m making a few thousand bucks online, and whilst it’s more than a lot of people are making, it’s not a life changing amount … and life changing is what I’m trying to achieve.

So it’s 7 months to my 40th birthday, it’s time for drastic action if I’m to receive the keys to an Aston in that timescale!

And DRASTIC ACTION is what I’ve taken!

This weekend I’ve just spent $4,000! That’s right, you read it correctly … $4,000!

“Speculate to Accumulate” as the saying goes!

Sounds like a lot of cash, but in any online business it wouldn’t be seen as a significant investment. That’s what is crazy about online marketing. Everyone who tries it “buys” the various sales pages and believes they can make a million without any significant up front investment. Yet in the offline world, nobody would expect to build a million dollar business from an investment of a few dollars, or a few hundred at most!

It’s a crazy belief, and yet we’ve all fallen for it!

Those that make it “big” online do the following things:

- They invest lots of money to make things happen
- They develop multiple streams of income
- They outsource and leverage the time and skills of others
- They automate as many tasks as possible

Only by doing these things can you “scale up” your operation to a size that will change your life.

I came to this realisation a few months ago when I realised that I had so many ideas, and so many tasks that I wanted to do, but didn’t have anywhere near enough time to do them! So I had two choices …

Continue as I was or pay someone else to do the tasks … well actually there is also a third option, to pay someone to automate the tasks!

Now, this is where it becomes a problem for most people, because outsourcing or decent automation tools are expensive … or at least are perceived as being expensive by most online marketers who are struggling to make much cash. But as I say, outside of online marketing, where else would you expect to build a million dollar business without investing thousands of dollars initially!

So that’s what I’ve done … this weekend I’ve committed to an initial investment of $4,000 and a monthly spend going forward of at least a thousand dollars …
What have I spent this cash on?

Various pieces of awesome software and services that will:

- Automate my link building tasks
- Automate my social bookmarking tasks
- Automate a lot of my content creation efforts
- Automate a lot of my site generation needs

These software packages and services will allow me to enter and pull traffic in a lot of niches from thousands of keywords … over the next 3 months I expect my online real estate to grow at an incredible rate!

The next 7 months are going to be really interesting and really exciting! By applying everything I’ve learnt about online marketing and seo via automation and outsourcing, I really believe that my large scale assault will deliver the results we all crave …

I know how to get pages ranked in the search engines, I know how to generate traffic … now is the time to do it for thousands of keywords … each one will only have to earn me a dollar a year and I’ll be a pretty rich guy, a dollar a month and I’ll be a millionaire by forty!
