SEO Elite was the first Brad Callen product I bought.  I found his site whilst searching for SEO products several back in 2006.  At that time I'd never heard of him.  So when I read his claims that the software would bring in 15,000 visitors a day I was pretty sceptical as you can imagine, I certainly was n't about to part with $167 without some research.  So I signed up for his free SEO course and started following his lessons.

I soon discovered a load of SEO tips and tricks that made a lot of sense, I enjoyed his lessons and through them started to understand just how potentially powerful SEO Elite could be (a clever piece of marketing on his part!)... So I took a chance and spent $167 on SEO Elite...

Did $167 Buy Me a Ton of Free Traffic As Promised ?

Simply "No".  I played with the software for a couple of weeks exploring its functionality, emailed a few link requests, analysed a few web sites and then following my usual pattern, I moved on to my next great idea for making a few dollars ...  so at this point is was definitely $167 wasted! 

As I soon found out though, $167 was small change compared to the money I was about to waste on PPC advertising chasing quick traffic and easy profits!

PPC Advertising swallows money quicker than any other form of advertising I know, especially when you have no real idea as to what you're doing, as I didn't back then.  So having been burnt badly with get rich quick PPC traffic generation, I decided to return to my search for the Holy Grail - Free Organic Search Engine Traffic ..  so I re-read the lessons Brad had sent through, watched the videos again and printed out the FREE Ebook "SEO Elite Power Guide" by Aaron Wall that comes free with the software.

Aaron's guide is excellent and concise, it quickly showed me how to use the software more effectively to improve my site optimisation and increase my inbound links.

Its an absolute must that you read the Guide and watch all of the tutorial videos before you start using the software if you really want to get to grips with SEO Elite quickly. 

SEO Elite Has Awsome Functionality - It Will Find 1000's Of Linking Partners In Seconds , BUT If Your Web Page Basics Are Not Optimsed For Success Before You Start Using Seo Elite You Will Never Rank Highly However Hard You Try

Its true, I firmly believe that if you get one particular critical part of your On Page optimisation wrong, you'll fail with SEO Elite and waste your $167. 

So what is the critical factor you MUST get right?

You must identify the right KEYWORDS to optimise your site around, BEFORE you even start to think about using SEO Elite.

If you really want to use SEO Elite to boost your Search Engine rankings and increase your free traffic, you must choose your keywords carefully.  The key is to avoid optimising for the really competitive keyword phrases in your niche or market.  Instead, if you optimise your web pages around less competitive phrases, you're giving yourself a chance of ranking well.  If you choose the right keywords AND use SEO Elite correctly, YOU WILL achieve Page 1 Rankings much quicker!

If you go after the most competitive keywords in your niche you're setting yourself up to fail and you won't get the most out of SEO Elite!  Spend a lot of time on keyword research before you start to promote your site.
